Sending a request through the website, WhatsApp or email, and the initial assessment of your case, do not commit the company to deliver the service. Every service is delivered under a formal contract defining its scope, timeline, price and required authorizations, signed by the client and then by the company. Work starts once the signed contract is received, as set out in the contract.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are set in a tailored quote and in the contract, with applicable taxes stated. Payment is accepted only into the company’s official bank account; payments to personal accounts are never accepted.
4. Limits of our services
We commit to professional diligence but do not guarantee outcomes outside our control, such as decisions by platforms, search engines or authorities. Permanent removal of content from the internet or 100% account recovery cannot be guaranteed.
5. Services we do not provide
We do not provide any unlawful service, including hacking other people’s accounts or phones, spying on individuals or obtaining data unlawfully. We reserve the right to decline any request that conflicts with the law or our principles.
6. Client obligations
The client must provide accurate information, own or be legally authorized for the accounts or devices concerned, and not use our services for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, designs and logos, is owned by DERFEND IT or used under license and may not be copied or republished without written permission.
8. Website liability
We strive to keep website information accurate and up to date without guaranteeing it is entirely error-free, and we are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the courts of Tangier have jurisdiction over any related dispute, unless the contract or the law provides otherwise.
